Products

I love one item, but it is sold out. When will it be back in stock?

We do our best to keep items in stock but occasionally we may run out of inventory. Most of our products will be replenished within 2-3 weeks. You can email us (info@uptownmeadow.com) about the product you’re interested in and we can email you when it is back in stock.

Why does my item look slightly different than what is pictured on your website?

We try to accurately represent our products on our website. Many of our products are handmade, hand-assembled or hand-embellished. This will result in slight variations in colors or materials from item to item.

How can I be the first to know about new items?

Orders

I would like to order a large quantity of one item. How do I do this?

Many of our products are made in small batches and are therefore not available to purchase from our website in large quantities. If you need more of a particular item, please email us (info@uptownmeadow.com) with your request. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I know you received my order?

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. The order confirmation email is typically sent to you the same day we receive the order.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. It typically takes 1-3 business days from the time we receive your order to the time it is picked up by our carrier.

Once I place an order, can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to an order already placed with us, please email us with the order modifications. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, since we try to process orders as quickly as possible, modifications may not be possible. In the event we are unable to accommodate your order modification request, we will call you at the number you provided to us or contact you via email.

Is sales tax on my order included?

Sales tax is calculated and included for all New York State purchases.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes we do!  Please fill out our wholesale request form to set up an account.  Once approved, we will ask you to then send a copy your resale certificate to: info@uptownmeadow.com.  Our opening orders are $200 minimum and all reorders $100 minimum.  At this time, we accept credit card payments only for wholesale orders.

 

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most ground shipments will take 3-7 business days to arrive at your designated shipping address.  We ship our individual greeting cards USPS First Class Mail,  all other products are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Yes. While in your cart you will see a box named "Special Instructions", please note that this is a gift and your gift message here.  While at this time we don't offer gift wrapping, we will make sure the packing slip does not include prices.  You will need to enter the correct shipping address for your recipient. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate or invalid shipping addresses.

 

Returns

What if items in my order were damaged in shipping?

We have rigorous quality control measures for all of our products. Many of our products go through several rounds of quality checks. While we do our best to ensure items are packed appropriately to protect them during shipping, occasionally items will be damaged in transit. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please email customer service (include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packing materials) within five business days of receipt. We will reship your order as soon as our ground carrier has inspected the original package.

What if I changed my mind about an item I received?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return any unused or unopened item(s) within 5 days of receipt for a refund in the form of original payment minus the cost of shipping. Please email us at info@uptownmeadow.com within five days of receipt to request a return authorization before you send us the return shipment. We recommend you purchase tracking service for the return shipment as we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit. Please pack the items to be returned in their original packaging taking care to protect fragile items in packaging as they were sent to you. We cannot accept items that are damaged in returned packages. Once we receive your returned items, we will email you and refund your money in the original form of payment within three business days.

Used, opened or final sale items cannot be returned.
